A State of art liquid sterile facility is designed to cater ampoule & vial production. The facility has two separate filling areas equipped with renowned Rota German make ampoule filling machines under laminar flow. The filling area is classified as class 100.
The liquid sterile Manufacturing area is capable to manufacture various batch sizes ranging from 20 to 300 liters. All the manufacturing is done under class 100 facility. An extremely advanced fully computerized Holland made sterilizer enables any sterilization process, in built clean steam generator and leak test system is also installed in between equipment wash & manufacturing facility.
The washing area is classified as class 10,000 with two Bausch & Stroebel German make high efficiency washing machines capable of washing amp/vials. The whole sterile area is epoxy coated. Dedicated & efficient 38 TR HVAC, inline hepa filters are installed with pressure differential system to prevent cross contamination.
